The science behind the shift.

The NeuPace Method is built on one principle: if you understand what is happening in your body, you have the power to change it.

Most people are managing stress, fatigue and overwhelm without any real understanding of the biology behind it. We change that. Our framework is grounded in neuroscience and designed to be teachable, practical and lasting.

Why the nervous system?

Your nervous system is the command centre for everything: how you think, how you feel, how your body responds to stress and how you recover from it.

When it is in a state of chronic activation, which is the default for most people living at the pace modern life demands, everything suffers. Sleep, focus, mood, decision-making, digestion, immunity. The effects are physical as much as psychological.

Neuroscience tells us that the nervous system is not fixed. It can be trained, regulated and shifted. That is what the NeuPace Method teaches.

The three pillars

  • Geometric drawing of an outline square with sections divided by vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines.

    Breath

Within the first few minutes of a breathwork practice, something measurable happens. Your heart rate settles. Your cortisol drops. The mental noise that felt permanent starts to clear.

Harvey is a certified breathwork facilitator but is also completing a breath science certification at the school of breath science. Harvey has facilitated sessions with athletes, people managing chronic stress, asthma sufferers and corporate teams. His approach is grounded, clinical and accessible, even for people who have never tried anything like it.

    Movement

We wholeheartedly believe in the requirement for endurance and strength. But movement is not just found in these disciplines. When the body is under sustained stress, it stores that stress physically. Muscular tension, postural changes, restricted breathing patterns. Movement gives the body a way to process and release emotion and energy.

Other modalities of movement like yoga, dance, chi gong, tai chi allow the body to move through energy in a downregualting way. We believe in all movements.  At NeuPace, movement includes strength, endurance, mobility, dance, and yoga.  Every workshop or 1-2-1 session is tailored for its direct effect on nervous system state and long-term physical resilience.

    Nutrition

The brain uses more energy than any other organ in the body, and what you eat directly affects how it functions. Mood, focus, stress tolerance, sleep quality and long-term cognitive health are all shaped by nutrition.

Good nutrition does not simply prevent deficiency. It creates the conditions for the body and brain to adapt, recover and perform at their best.

From workshops, to 1-2-1, Natasha's approach begins with your individual biology. Using genetic testing, blood analysis and nearly ten years of clinical history, she identifies what is specifically undermining your function and builds practical, sustainable plans from there.

How the NeuPace method works for you

How your brain responds to stress, not in general terms, but what is specifically happening in your nervous system and why it matters

How habits are actually formed and changed, based on neuroscience rather than willpower

How your nutrition is directly affecting your mood, focus and stress tolerance right now, and what to do about it

How to regulate your nervous system state in real time, using breath and movement you can practise anywhere

What your individual biology looks like, and how to work with it rather than against it

  • “Harvey explains things in a really down-to-earth way, so nothing feels forced or overly “spiritual.” What really sets Harvey apart is how tuned-in he is to the people in the room. He has a high level of emotional intelligence, is clearly well-versed in all aspects of yoga, offering clear guidance without overcomplicating things. He instinctively adapts to suit individual needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.Honestly, he’s a natural at what he does, and the best yoga teacher I’ve come across.“
