Combining the latest understanding of neuroscience, physiology and behavioural science with the practical application of Breath, Movement and Nutrition, we help people build healthier, more sustainable ways of living and performing. Every programme is tailored to the people in front of us, but the foundation remains the same: practical, evidence-based support that improves wellbeing, resilience and performance in the real world.
Athletes and Teams
We work with athletes and teams who want to support performance in a way that is sustainable, realistic, and backed by proper understanding of the body and brain.
Our work goes beyond training plans alone, looking at recovery, stress, sleep, nervous system regulation, nutrition, and overall wellbeing alongside performance itself.
This includes performance nutrition support, breathwork, movement and mobility sessions, recovery education, blood test and genetic report analysis, and wellbeing workshops for clubs and organisations.
We have worked with Ironman competitors, Hyrox athletes, GB skiers, footballers, rowers, mountaineers, ultra endurance athletes, and everyday people training towards personal goals.

Corporates
We work with organisations that want to support performance and wellbeing in a more realistic and sustainable way.
Most workplace support only comes in once stress, burnout or poor performance have already become a problem. Our approach is more preventative, helping people better understand stress, recovery, focus and nervous system regulation before things reach that point.
Using the NeuPace Method, we combine the latest understanding of neuroscience, physiology and behavioural science with practical tools that can be applied both in and outside of the workplace.
Our work can include leadership support, team workshops, Mental Health Awareness Week sessions, movement and breathwork classes, wellbeing education and tailored programmes built around the needs of the organisation.

Schools & Universities
Many young people struggle with focus, anxiety, poor sleep, overstimulation, low energy and stress, often without really understanding what is happening in their body or brain. At the same time, teachers and parents are trying to support them whilst managing increasing pressure themselves.
Using the NeuPace Method, we help make complex health, neuroscience and wellbeing concepts accessible, relevant and practical for students, staff and families.
Programmes can include nutrition and brain health education, breathwork and regulation tools, stress and focus workshops, support for neurodivergent students, wellbeing talks and school menu development designed to support energy, concentration and overall health.
We have delivered talks, workshops and educational programmes for schools, colleges and universities across the UK and internationally.
Charity Work
NeuPace works alongside charities and community organisations supporting mental health, wellbeing, education and access to preventative health support.
Every programme is shaped around the unique needs of the people and communities involved, ensuring support is practical, accessible and relevant.
