Our Team

Harvey Draycott

Harvey spent his early life as a competitive athlete, representing at a high standard across multiple sports. A series of knee surgeries in his twenties ended that chapter and, after a period of real struggle, a trip to India introduced him to the tools that changed his direction: yoga, breathwork and conscious movement.

Today he works with athletes, high performers, and people navigating injury, burnout and chronic stress. He has five years of experience across strength and conditioning, yoga and breathwork, and has worked with Ironman triathletes, Hyrox competitors, ultra runners and corporate clients.

His personal experience of ADHD and dyslexia has shaped an approach that is deeply practical and grounded in the reality of how different nervous systems work. Harvey is a certified breathwork facilitator, and is also completing a breath science certification at the school of breath science.

Outside of work, you will find him on the water, on his bike or on a yoga mat. Somewhere in the sun, ideally.

Natasha Draycott

Natasha is a registered nutritional therapist with nearly ten years of clinical experience. She has worked in private practice, addiction recovery, mental health settings and as a performance nutritionist for Premier League football clubs, GB skiers and ultra endurance athletes.

A diagnosis of PCOS and the health complications that followed led her to step away from an unsustainable lifestyle and commit fully to understanding the connection between nutrition, the nervous system and long-term health. That journey is the foundation of her clinical work.

She is currently completing an MSc in Neuroscience at King's College London, focusing on how nutrition and lifestyle affect brain health, mental performance and cognition. She is registered with the CNHC, a Seed Talks speaker, a BBC Radio contributor and the lead nutritionist at Rheal.

Off the clock, Off the clock, you’ll find her chasing the sun, running along the beach, or diving into a new hobby.

Registered Nutritionist, MSc Neuroscience, Cognition and Brain Health

Jessica leads large-scale transformation, culture change and technology adoption programmes across global businesses. Working directly with senior leadership teams, she understands first-hand the pace, pressure and constant demands that come with modern corporate life.

Through movement, breathwork and a greater understanding of the nervous system, she has learnt how to slow down mentally, make time for herself and approach both work and life with more balance and clarity.

For Jessica, wellbeing is not about removing the things you enjoy. It is about creating a lifestyle where you can still enjoy going out with friends at the weekend, socialise and live fully, without feeling completely depleted by Monday morning.

Her role at NeuPace is to ensure that the science Harvey and Natasha bring is structured, positioned and delivered in a way that works for the real environments clients live and work in. As the operational engine behind the business, she helps turn science-backed wellbeing into something practical, accessible and sustainable for real life.

Outside of work, she is happiest after a Saturday morning spin class, spending time with friends and family, and is usually planning or packing for her next holiday.
