The NeuPace Retreat is designed differently.

Over four days and three nights, you will gain a deeper understanding of your nervous system, recovery patterns and biological responses, alongside practical tools and personalised insights you can carry into everyday life.

Built around the NeuPace Method, the experience combines science-backed recovery, movement, breathwork and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with a pace that is sustainable, energising and entirely your own.

This is an opportunity to reset, recalibrate and find your new pace, returning home with a completely different relationship to your health, energy and wellbeing.

The NeuPace Retreat

The experience

The retreat is hosted at a private country property in England, chosen for the space, privacy and environment it provides. Full venue details, including location and travel guidance, are shared on booking.

The pace of the retreat is considered. Sessions build on each other, but there is also plenty of space to switch off, have fun and enjoy being away from the demands of everyday life.

Every person who joins the retreat comes with a different story, different challenges and a different starting point. That is why every participant receives a dedicated one-to-one consultation.

Ahead of the retreat, you will complete a genetic health test from home. The results provide insight into how your body responds to stress, processes nutrients, recovers from exercise and supports brain health and performance.

Natasha reviews these results alongside your health history before you arrive, allowing your consultation, nutritional guidance and recommendations throughout the retreat to be shaped around your individual biology rather than general advice.

For returning guests, or those who have already completed genetic testing, this consultation can instead be used as additional one-to-one time with Harvey.

Alongside movement, breathwork, workshops, recovery practices and chef-prepared meals, there is learning, challenge, conversation, laughter and plenty of opportunity to step outside your normal routine.

You leave with a clearer understanding of how your body works, practical tools you know how to use, and a personalised plan built around your individual needs.

Most importantly, you leave having found your new pace, one that supports your health, energy, recovery and performance long after the retreat has ended.
